Ali and Jon have worked together on a range of projects aimed at enhancing and demonstrating the effectiveness of the iCIMS methodology. He specialises in clinical processes and works directly with clinical teams. Ali led the development of NEDIMS, the system built for Nepean Hospital Emergency Department. He holds a Master of Health Informatics from the University of Sydney.
