Chris Williams
Chief Information Officer, Sydney Adventist Hospital

Thanks to the ever friendly and supportive team from iCIMS, Vickie and Ali, who collaborated with us from the initial process analysis, our MDT meeting system is evolving and streamlining into an instant access one stop shop pool of information for all. The peritonectony patient tracker is a very user friendly tool providing instant access to information on patient flow, from workup through to the listing for surgery process, inpatient progress to discharge plan. The beauty about the system is the ability for remote access to information and being very simple to navigate it is easy to teach even to staff even those with limited IT experience. From professional and personal perspective working with iCIMS on this project has been a positive enjoyable learning experience.

There are many examples of the way we use data collected in iCIMS RUTH on groups of patients. It is used for Audits including our submission to the Breast Quality Audit and hospital unit audits. Its main advantage is for research – we have multiple projects that could not have happened without iCIMS RUTH. We are also readily able to determine potential numbers of patients for future clinical trials based on recent experience.

Professor Bruce Mann
Director of Breast Tumour Stream, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre

The accelerating pace of improving care and treatment of our patients at the San is founded on complex multidisciplinary collaboration through efficient access to all the critical information we need for care planning and driving ongoing research. Our ICIMS is the bedrock for reliable collection, analysis and presentation of this information for our multidisciplinary teams.
